Brittany and Raleigh are both fantastic! The complex is very beautiful, well-designed floorplans that truly feel like home! The customer service team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions you may have. They make the leasing and move-in process smooth and stress-free. one of the best things about living at Boardwalk is the community vibes! Brittany was amazing from the start! She won me over with her great personality! The apartment and the amenities are a huge bonus. I love the scenery here, the pond, the pool and the bridge
I just moved here and Brittney and her team have made my move as painless as possible! All my small move in issues were solved within an hour. Not to mention the apartment and amenities are awesome!
Both Brittany and Raleigh were amazing. They both patiently answered my numerous questions, and made me feel like I was a priority. That’s a rare experience now. In the beginning this complex wasn’t at the top of my list, but after talking to Brittany the first time her positive attitude and helpfulness made me reconsider that. Being able to lease from such a responsive and pleasant person is more important than the color of the building.
The place would have blended in nice with their Earth tones. The green is pretty ugly and not my first choice but probably would have been okay if that they would use colored window frames. They used white window frames and door frames. It just looks super cheap. Makes it stick out in a negative way.
