Package was originally sent via usps. tracked it from origin, to distribution center, to post office about 140 miles away, then back to distribution center, back to originating post office. emailed boatmaxonline and Jennifer called me right away offering to reship as soon as they got another part in. I explained that the post office had it - she went there, retrieved the box and ups'ed it to me. Got it the next day. Great customer service!
