Your online service was great. I orded a motor from you almost 1 month ago and still have not recieved it. It took 10 days before it even left your facility, and now has been in transit for for over 2 weeks. Other than the shipping method, everything was good.
Wouldn't recommend working with this company. Communication was terrible, ordered and paid for a motor, was giving a 3 week eta, called after 3 weeks, no one could tell me anything, 4 days later finally got a response, wasn't ordered, once ordered another 4 week eta. Price wasnt the greatest, customer service terrible, shipping they used horrible, motor came box was destroyed, motor cover broken. Wouldn't recommend this company for any parts.
