Bob and the whole AmCap team (I had Matt Howe for a lot of the process, but review still applies to him) were amazingly helpful. Bob and the team communicated quickly and thoroughly. They listened to my concerns, income questions, and scenario questions and were there for me every step of the way. So we first contacted amcap with the intention of building which you take a year or more but i guess god had a different plan for us bob from a loan that was supposed to take a year or more to right now and the transition was smooth. Bob was very knowledgeable gave many different options to what would fit best for me and my family quick response always willing to help with what ever questions we had very good experience with him and his team.
Communication was great
Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. And most importantly constant line of communication. When I asked a question it was answered.
