The transaction was smooth and Bob and Kristin’s communication was great!
My communication with Kristin was rough. There were multiple instances of emails/phone calls going unanswered. I’m sure there is a breakdown somewhere and that it wasn’t intentional, but I would be lying if I didn’t say it made the already stressful process of buying a house just a little bit harder. I am happy with the product (loan) that we received.

I am from Dallas Texas and and AmCap Home Loan was the four of Lender that I actually went through to get any results I'll know they was in Houston they stay with me during my home search through the whole pandemic it took almost a year and I finally got a home to call my own I recommend them to anybody that I know and I thank him very much
