I am a first time homebuyer and I could not believe how smooth this process was thanks to Bob. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the lending and buying process. Bob was always available to answer any of my questions no matter the time or if he was in the office or not. Bob is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. As a first time home buyer the process can seem overwhelming and daunting but Bob and the RMS team are awesome! They made the process very painless and we were able to close and move in to our beautiful new home before we knew it! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient through out the process. Would highly recommend! With Bobs help and guidance we were able to obtain an incredibly low interest rate and very affordable mortgage.

Bob Pezzella and Residential Mortgage Services were outstanding. Bob's guidance and assistance during the offer stage of the process was incredibly helpful. He always made himself available and was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. RMS's online portal made the entire process organized and efficient. This was by far the smoothest and easiest purchase and closing process I have ever done.
