A person that I highly respect & I find to be trustworthy referred me to Bob Pezzella. From the very beginning, Bob was honest, he was able to lock me in to a low interest rate that other lenders could not compete with. Bob was clear & concise about what paperwork was needed & would email & update me all through the process. I was always able to get in touch with him by phone, text & email. Well I already sent a message to Bob and left a review on Zillow too but I will say again....Bob was so helpful and answered all my many questions. Bob and all at RMS were wonderful to work with. They made getting a mortgage loan all so seamless and easy. I submitted what was asked for and everything just kept moving along. I felt well cared for by Bob as he kept an eye on the interest rate to lock it in while it was at the lowest. He also answered (very patiently) my numerous questions until all was clear in my mind.
