Bob went above and beyond for me. After the passing of my Fiance' he worked tirelessly to get me out of the rental I was in, to buying a home. He helped walk me through so many steps of this process, through my tears and frustration I thought it wouldn't happen but it did. I am extremely happy in my new home and can't thank Bob enough !
Bob did a fantastic job through the entire application process. Their technology is streamlined and very efficient. I was an out of state buyer and was not familiar with the Florida process. Bob explained everything in detail and guided me through the process. I had owned many homes in the past and this was by far the easiest process. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone that is considering obtaining a mortgage.
My wife and I had rented our whole lives, we moved to St. Pete from NYC hoping to buy a home, but the pandemic hit and so did our confidence in being able to pull off a mortgage. Once things began to come back to normalcy, we decided to look at a few houses. Bob did a terrific job walking us through the process and alleviated many of our anxieties about undertaking this major step.
