Bob stuck with us every step of the way! We were asked for more and more supporting documents and Bob took the time to hold our hand through what we found to be some "annoyances".
Bob was very easy to work with and has a vast knowledge on everyone of my questions. Being a first time home buyer who knew almost nothing mortgages and the different terms used, I came out of this with a lot of confidence and a solid knowledge base mostly due to bobs patience to explain his answered to my question. I felt with two other loan officers and going with Bob was a no brained. 10/10 recommend especially for new home buyers.

Bob and his staff made everything easy to understand and the portal was easy to use for uploading documents. The process was explained thoroughly and couldn't have been a smoother process.
