Our loan application was easy, and Bob made himself available for questions to clarify what we needed to buy our new home. His team was great at updating us on the progress of our loan, and nudged us when we needed to complete a form. It was clean and easy and even on the day we signed our Title paperwork, Bob was three with us to make sure things went smoothly. We could not have asked for a better experience!
