Bob Was extreme responsive when I'd reach out to him by email, text or phone. This was my first transaction in Arizona and was good on explaining some differences compared to California. I did have one issue regarding if I needed flood insurance, feel the order of the steps to validate if this was necessary could have been change. But Bob, stepped in and went to action to get the details and figure out if I needed it. I really appreciate that!
