I brought my 2000 Ford Focus in because it had developed a shake and was issuing burning smells from the engine. The service technicians identified the problems quickly and dispatched an email detailing what work should be done. Great place to get you oil changed and a carwash. If you are going to wait in the "restaurant" part make sure you clean up an area first. Last time I was there every table was dirty and the garbage cans were overflowing. The gas side employees were busy chatting so I am sure they never got to any of it.
I was happy with the info given regarding tire purchase , as well as how easy and quick it was to make an appointment. However after picking up my car i noticed the "blue" was not cleaned off of the wheels which made the brand new tires look kind of trashy. Also i noticed (once in daylight )what appeared to be some type if yellow sand in and around the cupholders. There was a lot and it was very dirty. I was told later that it was dry chicken soup. I was satisfied with the work, which was replacing summer tires with my snow tires which were on their own rims. When I expressed my concern over the price increase, when I picked up, I was told it was warranted because the tires needed to be balanced. Tires already on rims do not need to be balanced! Heavens, I know I am a woman but lets not make up a story to justify a price increase, please.

Overall experience was ok, but just how many technicians does it take and how long does it take to change a light bulb?? $20 to change a $1.62 bulb??? Come'on! I will not have you doing any additional work besides oil changes going forward. Since you're asking, Heinous and Greedy come to mind when I think of Bobby & Steve's...

Sunday intake desk person not very friendly or responsive to me as a customer. Repair seems fine.
