I've told quite a few people about how satisfactory my experience has been at B&S's since starting to take my car there a few months ago. I meet Keith through BNI and there is nothing better than having a shop that you can trust.
As always, a very pleasant experience (considering that it's an oil change, not a restaurant!). The free car wash was an unexpected treat. The best part: the volume on the "ambient" music has been turned way down - formerly, a real tooth-grinding annoyance - tho I don't understand why there is a need for ANY music at all. Oh, well . . . maybe next time.

Bobby and Steve's has worked on my Subaru Forester and Ford Focus for the past three years. I highly recommend them for auto service and repair. They are less expensive than the dealer and offer high quality service/repair with a guarantee. I have never used the guarantee because they get it right the first time. The staff and techs offer great customer service - smart, friendly and timely updates.
