Service was abysmal. It took forever for our drinks and app. Our meal took even longer. We had been there an hour before we even had a hint of our meals. The food did not deliver to the expectation as per the menu, and was either tasteless or poorly seasoned. Our server or management did not show any concern for our issues with the food or service. The food was not good enough for the cost at all. Service was slow. Parts of our meal wasn’t brought to the table and I had to ask for it multiple times. Drinks weren’t refilled and all we asked for was water.

I ordered the chicken and waffles. It was two pieces of overcooked chicken thighs - the coating had been overcooked also - couldn't even eat it it. The waffle came out cold. They brought me another one. While it was hot, it didn't taste great.

Unfortunately, we had a table of eight, and my niece ordered a very simple salmon dish. Everyone else’s food came out, the waitress forgot to put her order in so the 10 year-old at the table had no food until everyone else was actually done… we all shared our meals with her as it took so long to get hers out.. We had to ask twice to get the manager to come over where he apologized and offered two free desserts, not taking her dish that she was unable to eat off the bill. I’ve been here many times before but my experience yesterday was TERRIBLE! The lady was new that was our server. I understand things can happen, but there was way too many things. We asked for water three times and never got them so had to go to the bar to get them. We were given the lunch menu when they were serving brunch. Visiting area on business trip and reviews led me to Boca. The location and space are really sharp. I found the portions, food quality, and cost below expectations. Our initial order was lost and the final bill was incorrect. Staff was great but over the course of one visit, you shouldn’t have to apologize to guests about multiple issues.

On a balmy and hot Florida evening the GM decided to open the doors upon which ushered in a gust of hot air into an already warm and humid room. When we asked the GM why the doors were opened and requested it be closed we were basically blown off. This is after we had been seated for several minutes before a server even came by. Went to Saturday brunch. Food was a resounding… okay. Took forever for food to come after ordering. Admittedly, food was probably much better when it was hot but came to the table with ice cold eggs and soft cold potatoes. Also for the shrimp and grits, the grits are fried grit cakes, which is not on the menu or mentioned by the server. The cakes are then set down into a sauce. Very loud; hurt my ears and strained my voice to talk to friends next to me. Had a reservation and it took 2 hours to get our food. Didn’t know who our server was for a long time.
