Order were wrong only some of the food came out it was cold some entrees were wrong When the was corrected others in our party had finished Manager was professional and concerned

Have eaten here a lot and will never sit in the back room again. It is like sitting in the kitchen, the staff uses a big table for rolling silverware, and dishes are being dropped and the noise level is very loud mostly from the wait staff. We have been back there twice for lunch and never again. Food was not up to the standards we have had before

Me and my boyfriend were excited to try out this place, based on how great it looked online. We were extremely disappointed. First, all of the food was extremely bland and basically uneditable. We paid $12 for the lobster wontons and it is was extremely tiny. We displayed our disappointment to the server who didn’t even notify a manager about our poor experience. To top it all off we waited for our food for about forty minutes. Extremely poor service and awful food. Will not be returning here.

Disappointing birthday dinner. Dinner service and food was average at best. With so many other options in the Winter Park area, can’t say that I would rush back.

This was my first time dining at Boca WP. After having heard rave reviews, a couple girlfriends and I went to try it out for brunch. Overall, the food was good. I ordered a red and white sangria. The red was not very good, fell flat. The white was better. We sat inside and it was very loud, which it is a Saturday brunch so I get it. Service was awful last night. Typically not the case. Took 25 minutes to bring glass of wine and food was already out. Waiter was nice however was chatting with coworkers behind bar with absolutely no urgency to find out about it. Had to flag down manager and someone else’s waiter. In my opinion not acceptable for the amount you pay.

My husband and I were really excited to try a new place to eat. A friend recommended Boca. Our reservation was at 8pm and we arrived right on time- our table wasn’t ready. Thankfully, we only had to wait 5-7 minutes before we were seated. Our drink/appetizer orders were taken shortly after we were seated. The fried green tomatoes were very mediocre. The truffle fries were cold but it took 40 minutes to get the food and we had a show to go to so I didn’t ask for fresh. My friends ordered soda that was flat and our server who was very nice said they could not change out tank???? Quite overpriced especially for cold food with a long wait.

Brunch hour food was really good. Made a reservation and was seated immediately. Will definitely come back and edit review after Management reaches out. After we paid our tab, which was $580 plus 20% tip on card and a $100 cash tip to the server, my mother talked to the manager about hosting a brunch late February with 40-50 adults.
