13 yrs being a client but after they upgraded their clinic, prices skyrocketed. Went in for our pet's yearly vaccination. They wanted to charge extra for being a "walk in" /for having no appointment. As if waiting isn't already an inconvenience, they want to charge you for waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. LOL... Walked right out and got service at another clinic for half the cost and no "waiting" fee. And was out in 20 minutes with a full waiting room of pets. Good riddance Boca Chica Animal Hospital.
