RecommendedI’ve loved going to Body Map a couple times during my weight loss journey. The information you get is so much more than just knowing a weight or a BMI number. They give a really nice breakdown of body fat vs. muscle mass throughout your body. Now that I’m at my goal weight I still have body fat % goals and plan to go periodically to see if I’m making progress on those goals.

RecommendedHighly recommend Body Map 360. Very fast process. I believe it was about 5 minutes to scan and then we go over results which Jarred is very informative. He makes sure you understand everything and gives you a game plan moving forward. Looking forward to going back for another scan now that my baseline has been established. You should check it out.
