RecommendedI did my first scan for the start of a 90 day fitness challenge and was amazed by the amount of information provided. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to my second scan at the end of the 90 day challenge to see how my numbers improve.

They track each of your scans in order to see your progress and walk you through the changes. Jared and Nate do an excellent job discussing nutrition and training. I’ve made some big changes in my health and fitness with the help of Body Map 360 and would recommend them 10x over!
