Was in town for a conference and wanted to have dinner with a colleague. This was the perfect place. Good location, varied menu, attentive service, inviting ambience.
We had a dinner with a customer relating to a trade show at the nearby Gaylord National Convention Center. it was a nice dinner, waiters were very good watching out for our drinks. We didn't wait long at all for our appetizers or dinners. I would recommend this place for any dinner occasion.
We went for date night and it was the perfect set up the Parmesan chicken wings are amazing! We sat outside and had a great view of the Harbor and enjoyed a free concert. Service was impeccable. The AGM (Jon) showed us so much attention. You can tell they enjoy their work and they want to make sure we have a great experience . They even came by in the end with (free) fresh baked cookies. Will definitely go back!
My experience was an overall okay experience. It seems to be really really slow on the weekends ( went on a Saturday ) the service was just extremely slow. I ordered chicken Marsala which was different than any I’ve ever tasted. It had a good taste. It was my birthday so I was put separately from everyone at no charge so I thought that was nice. I just wasn’t extremely impressed but I wasn’t disappointed either. Nice view once you leave of the waterfront and Ferris wheel.
Good food and when we had a slight issue with how our steak was cooked, the staff was unbelievably accommodating and took care of this right away. Management was super helpful.
Our waiter was excellent and the service was very good. Only complaint was one order was incorrect and another was very overdone. Would have liked a cut in our bill for these two issues but did not get one.
