The server was outstanding, I am very sad that I did not grab her name. We had a group of 7 and one of the meats didn’t come out as ordered, she immediately brought the manager who was outstanding solving the problem. Great emphasis on customer service and very friendly. Thank you to both and glad we met a new Italian friend!
I went to Bond 45 for my 20th anniversary and they went way above and beyond in accommodating my dinner request (quiet corner with a waterfront view). The service was absolutely fantastic as well as the food; I could not have had a better experience! I would highly recommend Bond 45 in National Harbor - John Edward (the General Manager) and the team will definitely take care of you!
Went to Bond 45 for dinner on a busy Saturday night ahead of a show at the MGM Theater. We were seated immediately ahead of our reservation time, and greeted by the friendly manager with two complementary glasses of Prosecco. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the calamari appetizer, which was delicious, and we ended up splitting the Chicken Parmesan. Incredibly dependable & always fantastic! We frequent both the National Harbor location as well as the NYC location and always find the food to be excellent and the service impeccable. On their last visit we ended the evening with a shot of lime cellos with maitre d’ and will be sure to return again! Reservations HIGHLY recommended!
