Very nice setting with an old steakhouse feel. Very good wait staff and that's where it ends. Food was ok, but nothing special. Ordered the ribeye and it was an underwhelming cut of meat. Cooked as ordered and good flavor but I was expecting a bigger (thicker) cut. Sides again were ok just not memorable. They were out of some sides at 7 pm. How do they allow this to happen? Price point way too high for the cut of meat that arrives at your table. I think they add a premium because of the proximity to the Gaylord - not good.

While the food at Bond 45 was excellent my overall experience was a bit below par. I chose the restaurant to meet with a business collaborator. Unfortunately, the noise level in the restaurant was so high as go make any reasonable conversation impossible. The seating was European style with tables side by side in a row. Overall the noise level was unbelievably high compounded by diners at the tables adjoining ours nearly yelling to hear each other. Bond 45 is a very romantic restaurant that has gourmet dishes and a wonderful wait staff that talks with you and interacts. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Gaylord National Hotel, the Wyndham Resort or any other locals or travelers. A comfortable environment with waterfront views.
The food was delicious, atmosphere perfect, and the service was impeccable.
Red carpet treatment, outstanding service and delicious food. Every thing our group ordered was done to perfection. Starting with cocktails, appetizers (love the oysters, mozzarella, I could go on), the steak was done just the way I love it. The sides where so yummy and the desserts. We were all happy campers. Went with some casual business friends. The food was good, the service was good. I don't think there was good value for the prices. I have been at restaurants as nice or nicer for less money with same or better quality of food. I had the Ribeye is was tasty. I would go back again.
