Attentive to getting you to the theater. Overpriced because of that. Food is good but not great
The food was fresh and delicious. What made the meal and experience even better was our waiter Jeremiah. He was elegant and knowledgeable and fun. He knew the menu so well and we went with many of his recommendations. The burrata is the freshest around. If you have never had it have it here to taste something so amazing. Bond 45 has great food/steaks and an amazing wine list with everything someone would want at reasonable prices. This was the perfect place for my group of business colleagues. It was spacious enough for us to spread out, not stuffy so we could have fun, and the service/food was excellent and everyone had a good time.
Bond 45 is one of our go to places in the Theatre District. It was a former clothing store and was even designed by one of the great, contemporary set designers on Broadway, John Lee Beatty. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy, but that is a small price to pay for everything else it offers. Service was fantastic! Asked the waiter what Bond 45 was known for - he said steaks then pasta. Went with a filet and a pasta dish, wonderful food! Steak was cooked perfectly! Tables were a little close together but other than that a great experience!
I was there with friends from NY/NJ area; we meet in NYC every 6 months or so, and this is one of our hangouts. The food seemed to take a little long, but we weren't going to the theatre, so we probably got the end of the line... We were having so much fun, we found a way to occupy the time....
