Reliable, consistent, convenient.
Great food and great service...except we believe our waitress may have tried to rip us off for $100!my wife did a quick audit of the check, found the "error" and called her attention to it. Otherwise, we would have been taken...and we had included a 20% tip!
Great service. Great for theatre-goers. They walk around with home-baked cookies! They even charged my phone for me
The food was excellent and our waitress was great but we felt very rushed by the other wait staff who was overly eager to take our plates after each course. Being rushed can ruin an otherwise good dining experience.
Good food at reasonable prices right in the hart of Times Square. Seafood risoto is amazing - if you are a lasagna lover this isn't a traditional style but my colleague said it was really good.

I had eggs for brunch and everything was fabulous. I gave four stars for food only because there was no kids menu and the waitress said the pizza was an individual serving; but it was huge, so I paid $21 for my daughter to eat one slice. Waste of money.
We went for my husband's birthday. Hadn't been there in awhile. So glad I picked it for our dinner. Everything was great. We had a wonderful time. Would go back in a heartbeat. Originally tried to get reservations 2 weeks in advance at Balthazar & couldn't so this was my 2nd choice. So happy it all worked out.
A perfect evening in NYC - a delightful dining experience with a generous waitstaff. Complimentary homemade cookies & prosecco !
