Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

As always Bond 45 was great for a wonderful pre-show dinner with friends! Great service, very friendly and responsive. The food, as always, was great!

The food was delicious. All of the service was terrific, attentive and efficient, and friendly, from the manager to the busboy. Our waiter, was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. We loved our tuna and steamed mussels. The food was fresh and tasty, and the winelist has a variety of options. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.
We always come here before the theatre and it's absolutely amazing to see how many people this restaurant can effortlessly accommodate during this period. The food is always great and the servers do a great job of making sure that everyone enjoys themselves - while getting everyone out in time for their shows. That's why we keep coming back.
I had a 8:00 reservation with my girlfriend for our anniversary. This place was PERFECT. We showed up a little early to have a drink and the whole restaurant was PACKED. Then everyone went to the theatre (the bartender told us). The place completely emptied out! We got an amazing and HUGE booth in a quiet, private area to the side and had an amazing time. Bond 45 is a great place to eat in the Times Square area. However, it is noisy and it difficult to have a conversation.
Made reservations through open table for a large party - we were welcomed and seated promptly. The service was good, drinks expensive, food excellent (especially the antipasta vegetables and deserts - don't miss the cannoli!). Overall it was a good experience and we will definately go back.
As always, the food at this Fireman group restaurant was excellent, service superb and the atmosphere warm. However, the prices are at the high end, and it is not a Michelin starred, celebrity restaurant. I would not make it a destination restaurant , but it convenient location in teh theater district and the predictability would make it a place to take an out of town guest before the theater without any fear of a let down.
