Hands down the service is what makes this experience anything special. The maître d' particularly made my night memorable, helping me immediately with an issue I had. The waiter we had was also exceptionally kind, understanding, and willing to accommodate. Besides the service, the food was overpriced for what it was.
Wonderfully varied menu. Whole Dorade fish was excellent. Wife's liver was equally good. Fine service and terrific desserts. They know how to get you in and out prior to theater. Would recommend highly but experience is not cheap.
I love the history behind Bond 45 and they do a nice job carrying that heritage forward- gives you a taste of Old New York in more ways than one. I love the antipasta bar- choose the dishes you like-they're displayed right as you walk in. The surroundings are vintage New York and you can almost see the old department store Bond's that once filled the space. Great for pre-theatre or after. I was at first not going to go here because of the recent reviews , but WOW this was delicious . You must save room for desert absolutely divine !!
My boyfriend and I came for dinner before seeing Idinia Menzel's one night show at Radio City. Everything was delicious!! The service was very good-- only had to wait a minute or so when are dishes were finished. The food was incredible! My boyfriend had the scallops and I would go back just for those. Ate dinner here before a show. The food was wonderful. The staff attentive. The anti pasta bar was a nice addition to the meal.
Excellent choice for dinner in Time Square. Lots of variety for every palate.
From drinks at the bar through dessert, no complaints. Menu selection was excellent, atmosphere was nice, felt old-world NYC steak house-ish. If in times square area, would definitely make a return visit.
