Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

It's our favorite place to go when we go into the city. My husband only gets the Veal Chop Parm. It's the best we've had.
This is always a must visit when we come to NYC. It's great to hit after a show for some fabulous desserts.
This Theatre District staple, featured on the TV show "Smash," is a bit old school, and a bit touristy, but one of those places you have to try at least once. We dined there on New Year's Eve, so we may not have had the typical experience. I must say, however, the food was good but not great. The service was OK but not spectacular. The ambiance was acceptable for Broadway old-timers and tourists but not someone looking for a unique dining experience.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The staff was attentive and intelligent. The restaurant is very beautiful looking, very authentic marble and wood. Some of our party had steak and it looked perfect,others had fresh pasta dishes that they enjoyed. A far superior choice to other "Times Square" restaurants.

Both vegan and carnivores will enjoy the food at Bond 45. It is a great spot in the theater district for quality food and great personable service. The antipasto bar is truly outstanding, and a meal all to itself with a great glass of wine. My fav, as a vegan, is the vegan "veal" parmigiana. This offering makes it easy to dine with my carnivore friends and not feel that the restaurant has to do something special to accomodate my needs.
Great service and food. I will return.
