Pastor Wuanda Medina I was very impressed with the Rep. Of Services, he was very polite, courtesies, explained every thing so I could understand it. Took time to explain in detail my service plan I paid for.. Very kind to even offer me an umbrella as he walked me to my car.

Tiger in service Came in for our scheduled oil change and a vibration noise. The vibration is gone. I really appreciated the complimentary car wash as well.
Kia sportage Customer service was great. $973.03 to repair rear window/hatch latch to unlock and open the tail gate is cost that make me think about not owning another Kia. Thank You.
