Service satisfactory but a couple of issues I had no problem with the actual service of my vehicle. However, I had scheduled the appointment online several weeks before the actual appointment, and I had chosen interior detailing as a service that I wanted, and I had also asked for an estimate of the services I had chosen. Kia Optima owner I bought my Kia Optima this year from Boniface Hiers Kia in Melbourne. From the sales dept to the service dept has been excellent. I have to say that they are accurate when they say we serve after we sell. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them.
