Battery Replacement I was so happy the way that Yeves took us in right away without an appointment on a Saturday morning. We were in and out in no time. I bought my Kia Soul in MD, however I will definitely be bringing it to your dealership for all my maintenance and repairs. You guys were awesome. We live in the Orlando area and the fact that we got a ride to the Mall was an awesome thing for us and made the whole day feel like a vacation day!
Buyer The only thing I would say that I didn't like is after the sale I felt like I was being rushed out the door was moving my stuff to the new car and it seemed like was being rushed other then that I was pleased with the experience thank you
Best Service Dept Ever! Robert, the service manager always goes above and beyond anything to do with service. Yves is the same way. I have never, in the 5 years I've been involved with them, have ever had a bad experience or had to revisit them over the same issue. Very competent and I am spoiled! If only other dealerships treated their customers in this manner, buying cars would , gasp, be a pleasurable experience!
