Service maintenance Was very pleased the your representative made me aware of possible charges altough I had a servive agreement, which were actually covered by the agreement. He was very courteous and I felt he was actually being very up front with any issues that might be costly. I cant remember his name but I think it was TJ as nd sat in the last desk. Great sales experience Butch Stokes at Boniface-Hiers KIA had great customer service, and was a great helping me choose the perfect first car for me. He is very professional, knew the material we had to go over, and truly cared about my feelings and concerns as a customer. I got my new KIA Rio in a timely fashion and he made the car buying process go by smoothly and quickly.
