prompt and professional remedy new car's breaks My new Soul exhibited an unwelcomed and discomforting shudder when the brakes were applied from high speed. The Service Department professionals reviewed the new vehicle and discovered that one of the brake rotors was not "true". The rotor was promptly turned on a brake rotor refacing machine and both surfaces were fly-cut and then reassembled. Best experience ever! My salesman was waiting for me as soon as I got there since I had talked to him on the phone about an hour earlier. Butch took his time to show me a few types of Sedonas and a Sorento with 3 rows that I loved. But who knew that after all these years I would end up in a minivan again. The 8 passenger feature is such a plus for our big family. No need to take more than one car for our future outings. Our great service from Karl Janson and Al Millian As usual, Karl Janson and Al Millian were superb in their expert, professional and personal help in selling us a new 2017 Kia Sorento for my wife to drive. They are truly the cream at the top! The only concerns my wife has are that the side rear view mirror is too large for her to look around, since she is very short.
