My appt was originally scheduled on Monday. They asked me to move it to Tuesday. I said sure only if it was at 7am and I asked if I could be seen first so I can make it on time to work. They said no problem. I sat in the waiting room and was the last one to be called in. I thought I was doing them a favor by moving my appt to Tues. I only asked they returned the favor by seeing me at my appt time, 7am. I even called the day before to confirm. They did not and I waited. Hello April, I'm truly sorry about your experience yesterday. There was another employee covering until our receptionist came in that missed the note. The person that scheduled your appointment made a very specific note on the schedule next to your appointment about taking you back first and making sure you are out of here quick because you had to be at work at 7:45.
