Hygienist always does a good job... very thorough and not rushing
I feel safe when I go to Bonita Family Dental. I have never experienced any pain, and I say this after getting a total of 3 implants by Dr. Hegde. She has changed all my silver fillings for porcelain, pulled out a bad tooth (+ bone graft and implant), changed an old crown I got somewhere else... anyway, I trusted everything in my mouth to Dr. Hegde and her wonderful assistant Alvaro. Today’s visit was to deliver a crown. Alvaro and Dr. Hegde took great care of me.
Much more painful then expected! I didn't realize the extent of this particular procedure. Painful procedure, painful shots, unexpected, not really reviewed. I have always thought I had to have 2 crowns pulled to fix this problem. So to be illuminated, learn what will actually happen tells much! Your staff needs to be more thoughtful and detail to patients what all procedures are, would be appreciated!

Love the Doctor who is the owner, but the front desk needs improvement. When a patient calls in because a crown has fallen out you don’t say we didn’t do the crown so I don’t think we can get you in?? But I’m a patient there? My insurance is there? No I can’t wait until Monday I don’t want my tooth to break? I had to assert myself and show up anyway. I’m grateful they saw me but would appreciate a better attitude from the front office.
