Product Issues This company is a property management firm that has stringent rules to hussell cash from applicants. They do not disclose all the details in their terms of applying for an property. Many people do not have a 650 or above credit score like myself- in this case my wife has a 740 score. They are asking for an additional person outside the home making over $4800 per month! Product Issues I purchased a condominium in The Islands community. I had to have an interview with someone named ****** and at that time I was asked for a $50.00 application fee, which was given to her in the form of a check, which was cashed. At my closing, the same $50.00 fee was collected for Bosshardt, and I was told they would refund me. Service or Repair Issues We rented an apartment from bosshardt for the last 2 years or so and we were good tenets making the apartment clean when we moved out, repainted the total inside and maintained the backyard as was required. We have pictures and emails to prove that we cleaned for our move out as required. We only received $42 of our $825 deposit.We do plan on taking this to court for the remainder of out deposit. Service or Repair Issues My lease at 2310 NW 59th Ave, Ocala Florida was not renewed. I moved out 1/21/22. Bosshardt property management sent a document detailing my final security deposit refund, dated March 16, 2022. To date I have not received any refund. Phone calls, letters via USPS, in person visits to the Ocala Bosshardt office and email go unanswered. I visited the Gainesville office 4/19/22 to request the refund. Product Issues My wife and I resided in an apartment at Cricket Club II from May 2017 until July 2021, I had a $985.00 security deposit. Rather than receiving my deposit back we received a statement that had general charges several hundred dollars for maintenance fees and supplies - none of which were itemized. Billing Issues The Tower Oaks Homeowners Association (TOHA) is operating on expired covenants. As such TOHA cannot collect or demand any fees. Yet despite this legal reality of expired covenants, I have received a letter from Bosshardt employee **** **** demanding payment of annual dues and also threatening late fees and additional collection measures. Billing Issues July 20, 2021, I paid 4 application fees of $60.00, a total of $240.00. We applied for a condo they manage for our daughter going to school at Gainesville, $1750/month. We let them know that our daughter is a student and does not have income what do we need to do to apply, we offered to prepay for the entire year of her lease upfront or escrow.
