As of 10/25/2023: we had a leak in our furnace and they came within an hour and a half. Didnt have part but came next day at the time requested. Replaced the part. After a little while we realized we didnt have heat due to a lot of air in the baseboard heating radiators. The same guy came back within an hour and worked to fix the problem. Very good company so far as it is our first experience with them.
Im giving this company five stars because as of this year, their company is perfect! Last year when I first started, there was an issue on Christmas Eve morning, but the problem was taken care of within an hour. This year the technician came out to clean my furnace and this is why Im giving them five stars. They mustve done some re-organization by the other complaints for 2023. The representatives I speak to when I call into Bottini are friendly and very helpful. I couldnt as for a better company.
We have been a customer for many years. When I forgot to call for the annual Oil. Burner cleaning, ****** arranged for the service. We have nothing but respect for her and the entire Bottini team.
We really liked the gentleman Bottini sent over to do our annual checkup. He was very professional and respectful. He spent a lot of time to clean and make necessary adjustments;. We have been with Bottini for decades and think very highly of their services.

Had a noisy furnace oil pump and technician came out on a Friday night, but did not have a pump on his truck. So he took mine apart and cleaned out the accumulated debris. He then submitted a new ticket for a replacement pump and another technician came out Monday morning and installed the new pump. Everything is back to normal. Both techs very knowledgeable and personable.
Needed gas dryer connected. When I called, they had no appointments for 2 ************** rep called me back within 30 minutes and squeezed me next day. Technician was awesome. In and out quickly and professionally.
I have been using Bottini Fuel for all my heating and air conditioning needs, and they have been fantastic. There aren't many things that you can rely on, but I must say Bottini has always been there for me and my family. The tech's are professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Bottini for all your HVAC needs.
