Happy with service technicians and Bottini in general, however it was disappointing that annual tune up scheduled between 8am and noon was a no show. Technician arrived about 1:15 with no communication to say they were running late .. They always keep Oil tank full - never an issue
2 technicians arrived at the scheduled time, quickly and efficiently repaired the damaged propane line to my heater, replaced the regulator, and tested the heater. I would have preferred to schedule the repair sooner, but it turned out to be a minor inconvenience. I am a new customer and have not yet used their propane delivery service but look forward to doing so.
Bottini always come through. Sometimes it takes a second call but they strive to make it right. I like that. I’m on the service plan which is worth the price and they are courteous and knowledgeable and if by chance or skill, it doesn’t solve the problem, they will ALWAYS make it right.
We have been Bottini customers for over 20 years! While we've run into a technician or two who've not made us happy Bottini has always made it right. Do we think their oil price is a little high, yes, but the service we've received has been worth it.
They have great customer service. We were new to the area and clueless about there service. The two girls in the office. Tavanda. And Anne Marie. They are terrific and go the extra mile. Even better the guys that come and deliver the products are so honest and helpful it’s incredibly satisfying. They might take a while to get things done but it’s wort working with such a tight knit group. Especially Tavanda, Anne Marie and the service and delivery personnel. Great people.
I had a gentleman come to my home to move my tanks and hook up my generator to my house. This man was super nice and did it in the rain. He did his job and beyond. Very impressed with him. Thank you.
