The service man, named Joe arrived within 10 min. of the call from the office indicating he was on the way. He is a friendly knowledgeable person that answered my questions clearly. Joe, and all the other fine Bottini employees I have encountered are the reason I have been a customer for over 30 years.
Your service men are very nice, and are very good at their job. I have been with Bottini for over 40 years, I am not happy with the fact that I ran out of oil at least twice this year,on the automatic delivery.
Just had furnace tuned up. The tech was was professional at all times and did a thorough clean out of the furnace. He cleaned up afterwards and left the furnace room neat and clean.
I have only been with you for a few years but found this year to be an adventure. I thought I was on automatic delivery, but guess not. I called when I saw the tank level. I must say that when I needed service They were here and did well. For years I had been told by my other oil company that my blower was bad. Only when Paul came he found the wires reversed and fixed it . Thanks Paul. The service men were great. Thank you.

I had my furnace cleaned on 3/21/18. The job Joe Mazzurco, 326, did was by far the best cleaning I have ever had in my many years as an oil customer. Joe explained everything as he went along. He was very professional and thorough.
