The gentleman (H. Ward) who came to perform the yearly service was excellent. He was very thorough.

Very professional, courteous, helpful people. But the problem they came to fix has persisted to a smaller extent.
Great job once again by Bottini, they came out promptly after hours too and solved my no heat situation.
I switched to Bottini 4 years ago and so far I am happy I did. Their rates are better than other companies and their service is good and timely. And there's been absolutely no problem with automatic deliveries. The only issue so far has been a repair that was not properly done, so it had to be redone three months later.
