Service person came at 1:30AM after working since 6AM during power outage after recent snowstorm. We were on generator power and burner was cutting out due to vagaries of generator power. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the boiler running better until normal power returned.
After numerous days of analyzing supervisor Mike Oakley and Tech Steven Short found the problem. When Steven arrived he pulled apart the burner in no time and cleaned the the entire burner. He put the burner back together and we made sure that the system shut off and started numerous times. Steven went over everything with me and asked me several times if I had any more questions. As usual, the service was quite satisfactory. The serviceman was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all and any of my questions in a professional manner, as he explained what he was doing.
New boiler installed. Installation looks good, but we have had constant problems with the four zones. Hoping the recent replacement of the thermostat will and the problems.

When we had a problem with the boiler in the evening before a storm (one of the many Nor'easters) I was quite concerned because I thought it would be almost impossible to get someone to come. I called the number and got the answering service because they were closed for the day. They said they would relay the information and have someone call.
