Bottini has served us for almost 30 years and have been excellent
Although I ran out of fuel and it could have been a disaster, fortunately we noticed at once and Bottini came immediately. I appreciated the letter apologizing for this and offering a fuel level monitor. In general, I find Bottini to be very responsive. I'm sorry the opportunity for people to post comments has led to some snarky ones. I think no company can second-guess weather emergencies entirely. Many thanks!

The servicemen were prompt, got the problem fixed and were very curteous . I was very pleased with the service.
Steve was great. Really helpful, and concerned. Fan was broken, so called in to see if they could find a fan replacement. Unfortunately, the retailer no longer manufactured them.
