Your technician was polite, neat and seemed knowledgable.
Heat was not working since last night. Called Bottini in the AM and they responded a few hours later. The technician was very professional and polite and quickly fixed the problem. somehow one of the wires in the junction box that controls the thermostat was not making contact. I have had a few service calls throughout the years and they were always fixed and service was great.
