Such a great relief after visiting closer Dealerships. No hassle. Prices start lower then others. Great service but not pushy at all. They know their product and want you to be happy. I recently bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra at Boulder Nissan. I worked with Jason over the phone and David Taylor once I arrived at the dealership. Ted I just wanted to explain to you why when I get the feedback Survey from Nissan your dealership is getting negative marks. I dealt with Jason Bradley when buying my 2013 Nissan Frontier truck and BEFORE buying the truck Jason bent over backwards to answer my questions and helped me in any way to secure the sale. I just bought my second car from Boulder Nissan! The sales staff is extremely helpful and do not use any high pressured sales tactics. I have been to other dealers who make you wait for hours and do not value you as a customer. I highly recommend Nigel to anyone who wants to buy a car!
BAIT & SWITCH! I went to this dealership just to look at cars that might fit my needs. Mike said an Altima had just been traded in a few minutes ago. He asked another sales person or manager how many miles were on it and how much it would cost. Answer: 33,000 and $16,000. Michael and Nigel were very friendly and informative. Since they work as a "team", when one is busy with a customer, the other fills in as needed. We asked for and received a test drive from Michael in a new Nissan Rogue during which we received excellent information about the car. There was no pressure to purchase the car that day. Freindly, non pushy, honest and service oriented! Not to mention, I shopped four other dealerships for price, Calvins was the lowest from the beginning! No haggling and I was treated like a person, not a dollar amount!
