I hate it when I'm told "That's our policy" well what is the customers policy? What a waste of time and money car shopping at Boulder Nissan was. The salesman at Boulder Nissan do not speak the truth. They said the car we were considering was inspected and we should trust their mechanics. We took one of their used cars to a mechanic and found out it had been in an accident, was damaged and would be expensive to repair. "Customer " Don’t buy here! Worst customer service ever. I came here to buy a used VW, when we asked for help we got a lady that has no idea how to do her job. Managment team was not interested to communicate, and we didnt feel welcome at all. My wife and I had found a vehicle at Boulder Nissan that we were extremely interested in. I made an appointment for my wife to look at vehicle with the intention of purchasing it on Wednesday at 10:15am. My wife drove up the dealership and was told the vehicle is not available to look and would not be until the next day. I like Nissian. The Service department is here is the worst. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Cost $180.00. Service guys have a bad attitude. They changed the oil, did not do the alignment or rotate tires. How do I know. I marked all the tires, before I took it in and they were still the same when I picked it up. They claimed it was done and the service tech disappears so he want have to talk to me. I bought a 2007 dodge from them, which doesn't lock, and they have ignored my attempts to get them to fix the issue. I hope I don't have more problems with this car in future as they obviously do not check the quality of their cars
I bought a used 2010 Camaro as far as the initial sale went everything was great our Salesman Mike Newton was awesome to work with gave me a fair price on my trade and worked with me on the purchase price.But there were a few problems with the car, but no big deal because they were willing to list those problems as something they would fix on the "we owe you form"......
