I took my 4 year old to Dr. Bowdens South Jacksonville Office today and was very impressed. I do not know what offices the people who have 4-6 hour waits are going to but I had an appointment at 10, was in at 1005 then between cornea pictures we waited maybe 20 minutes for Dr. Bowden. Middle of the morning, highly recommended and sought after doctor, I was expecting to wait longer. Dr. Bowden and his office are the best in the area. He will spend as much time with you as you need which will prevent you from coming back several times just to ask questions. He has 4 offices and never turns away an emergency. I cant thank his staff enough for their help in getting my eyes better.
Dr. Bowden is an excellent surgeon. However, each and every time we have appointments, we wait anywhere from 4-6 hours to see him. No exaggeration. We think highly of Dr. Bowden, but he must make necessary changes in his busy schedule to be more punctual.
