The woman who was scheduling the appointments was very helpful and informative and help me to get seen right away. The manager and the owner themselves were great people to do business with. Our experience today was amazing!! Carl was extremely helpful, very patient and knowledgeable. Furniture was excellent quality and we saved a TON. We love supporting local business and if you’re on the hunt for new furniture but don’t want to pay in excess this is your place! Tons of options + we were provided with 1:1 support. You don’t see that anymore and it was refreshing to say the least! We will definitely be return customers. Thank you!
Everyone was friendly and delivery and set up was fast. Make sure you do your research. Our kitchen table seemed like an excellent deal but we have found it available at multiple other retainers for $200 less but we would have to wait a month. We were is no real rush so we likely would have gone that route if we did our research first. There were other retailers that were far more as advertised but also a few that were less.
