Car is not fixed. The part that was ordered didn't fix it and more work is needed. No resolution as of 4/7/26.
Financing was fairly easy but they were not knowledgeable or truthful about the used truck I purchased through them. Have had to spend lots of extra $$ to fix things that should have been done before I bought it.
It took longer than expected for a "free" scheduled oil change.
Service was fast but wanted to charge me $57.95 for an air filter change that I did myself in 5 minutes and bought a $30 filter. Also not happy with charging a service fee to use debit or credit card when you are selling vehicles for over $10000 the MSRP! Very expensive dealership! When it comes my time to purchase a vehicle I highly doubt that I will be patronizing this dealership.
Tires were not linked to pressure sensors. This happens almost every time. Can't get my rewards points to work.
Problem solved and fixed. unfortunately no reimbursement from Carfax....service specialist called needing vehicle passed service records and adding time on to getting my truck repaired, I opted to pay for it myself.
The service was good. But they didn't fixs the problem. I guess they don't fixs Jeeps.
Took an hour and half for an oil change and tire rotation. Reason given: shop was backed up!
