Boyd sells an extended warranty but does not want to honor it.
Just awful. Never go back again.
I was in the waiting room for three hours for a wheel change and a service. They lost my information. When I informed them I was still waiting they apologized and did the service free.
Rude & arrogant customer service. Almost $1000 spent on tow bills and parts. And car was not repaired. Has been several weeks now. Very disappointing!
Did not like that i had two go 4 times for the same thing witch maybe fixed, still hoping it is. time will tell. When i first bought the sonic 2012 it was not running right with the Engine and they sold it to me anyway,knowing this i pail 10.000/w in cash a powertrain warranty for life but still had to pay 500.00 more. So in reality i am not happy about Boyd
1. They did not perform the service for which I made the appointment. Seems like it was up to me to write down WHY I was dropping the car off at 4:30am even though the reason was made with the staff person who I made the appointment through. 2. They filled the tires and sent me a text reporting the same but they over filled the tires at 40 psi when the manual recommends 33 psi. Bought a used vehicle wasn't expecting top of the line service but I wasn't told that it has transmission problems either and now I'm stuck with the repairs.
On May 6, an evaluation was done on my steering gear that was going to need replacing and there was a small oil pan leak slight that was written up for that evaluation. I had to come back on another day set up an appointment and make sure I was financially able to pay for $1500 repair.
The salesman did not do what he promised to do. I doubt if I would do business with this dealership again.
