I like the staff that works at Boyd's Chevrolet. They're always very friendly and helpful. I feel like they go above and beyond their job. I have had bad experiences at other dealerships, but never at Boyd Chevrolet. I have recommended this place to my friends.

When scheduling people to be off in service area, really need to be aware of what area the people work in!!! AFTER TRYING ONLINE TO SCHEDULE Oil change and tire rotation and asking for a confirmation, I never received a confirmation!!! I spent 4 days of my time trying to find out what was going on! I finally called the Dealer's manager only to find out that several key people were scheduled to be off at the same time and that was why my questions, calls, etc. were not being returned!
