They did my service in a timely ,manner. I like the friendly, older gentleman, who greets customers, shows you where to go and and can answer some questions. I enjoyed my conversation with the assistant manager of the parts department and he gave me some good information and his card to call him if I had any questions. He also took the time to talk about old cars and things and didn't rush me to go on my merry way. Fast service and professional!
They are very dependable and knowledgeable.
They got me in right away and fixed the flat. However; at my last tire rotation Boyd neglected to update the computer. I checked the tire that the computer said was flat - it was the wrong tire. Not pleased with that mistake/neglect.
