Dealer responded quickly to my inquiry. I didn't visit the dealerahip or purchase a vehicle from them, but the phone and email communication was great!!!
These folks went above and beyond to get all of our questions answered before we drove two hours to actually see the car. We inspected and drove the car, while they evaluated our car for trade. The car was exactly how they described it and we made a deal that we felt was fair to us and the dealer. The sales staff stayed after hours help get the deal finished. The business manager stayed late also to get all of the paperwork completed so that we wouldn't need to drive back from Charlotte to get it taken care of. We can't say ... read more
