Excellent customer care while at the dealership
Needs to communicate with customer better . service was done hours after time scheduled Also tech left black grease inside my white interior. I ask for goodwill discount which was suggested by GM Never was addressed by service advisor as he said he would talk to manager about it . Had good expectations but disappointed .
It was a easy and good experience at Boyd Chevrolet Inc.

Quick service. Fair service charge.
The high pressure fuel pump went out and I had to be towed. They fixed my car, still under warranty. Everyone was real nice. I didn't know I had roadside assistance, so I called someone to tow me. They wouldn't reimburse me since I didn't call them. That was a bummer. I sent in all the receipts and everything.
