Boyd is the best Chevy dealership in the WNC area! The service rep is awesome and worked diligently on my behalf to get a replacement battery for my 2020 Bolt. She updated me weekly about the availability of a battery and scheduled an appointment immediately when it arrived. The entire service department is very friendly, skilled and efficient. Boyd is now my go to Chevy dealership.
I have only had my truck serviced by a Chevrolet dealer since purchase and will continue to do so.
